First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study is for men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. It tests how a radioactive drug (lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan) behaves in the body and its safety, especially in those with moderate or severe kidney problems. About 20 participants will receive the drug to measure radiation doses to organs and check heart safety. The goal is to understand how kidney function affects the drug's distribution and risks.
