Summary

This study looks at how well the body handles a radioactive drug (lutetium vipivotide tetraxetan) in men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. Researchers want to see if different levels of kidney function change how the drug spreads and how safe it is. About 23 participants with normal, moderately, or severely reduced kidney function will be enrolled to measure radiation doses to organs and drug levels in the blood.
