First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 05, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) plus chemotherapy and a targeted therapy can shrink bile duct and gallbladder cancers enough to allow surgical removal. About 29 adults with locally advanced but potentially removable cancer will receive the treatment. The main goal is to see how many patients can then have successful surgery with no cancer left behind.
