NCT ID NCT07557407

First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at how a new drug called HRS-1780, being developed for chronic kidney disease, is absorbed, broken down, and removed from the body. Six healthy adult men will take a single dose with a radioactive tracer so scientists can track it in blood, urine, and stool. The goal is to understand the drug's path through the body, not to treat any disease.
