New combo therapy aims to control advanced bile duct cancer

Summary
This study tests a treatment plan for people with bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It combines chemotherapy given directly into the liver with body-wide chemo, and adds immunotherapy and targeted therapy for some patients. The goal is to see if the added drugs help people live longer and control the cancer better. About 124 adults who have not had prior treatment will take part.
