Summary
This study is testing a new antibiotic combination (aztreonam-avibactam) in hospitalized children aged 9 months to 18 years with serious gram-negative bacterial infections. The goal is to see how the drug is processed in the body, how safe it is, and how well it works compared to the best available standard treatment. Participants will receive the study drug or standard care through an IV for up to 14 days, and researchers will monitor their health for about a month after treatment.
