First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of drugs (amivantamab plus lazertinib or chemotherapy) before surgery can shrink or stop the growth of a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer). About 68 people with stage II to IIIB cancer that can be removed surgically will take part. The main goal is to see how many patients have very few or no cancer cells left in the removed tissue.
