First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells with a protein called DLL3, found in small cell lung cancer and similar tumors. About 138 adults with advanced cancer that has not responded to standard treatments will receive the drug to check safety, the right dose, and whether it shrinks tumors. The goal is to find a better way to control these hard-to-treat cancers.
