Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called [177Lu]Lu-NeoB in 42 people with glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. For newly diagnosed patients, the drug is given along with standard radiation and chemotherapy. For those whose cancer has returned, it is given alone. The main goal is to find safe doses and check for side effects.
