New drug tracking study launches for rare genetic cancer type
NCT ID NCT06672523
First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at how a new drug (BMS-986504) moves through and leaves the body in people with advanced solid tumors that have a missing MTAP gene. Eight participants will receive a radioactive-labeled version of the drug so researchers can measure its levels in blood, urine, and stool. The goal is to understand how the drug is broken down and eliminated, not to test its effectiveness.
