Summary
This study aims to find out why patients wait so long for vision testing at an eye hospital in Nepal and to test solutions to shorten the wait. Researchers will first measure current wait times and ask patients about their satisfaction. Then, they will try new strategies, like changing staff duties or patient flow, and see if these changes make the process faster and improve patient experience.
