Student stress, poor sleep, and eating habits linked to future heart risk
NCT ID NCT07303244
Summary
This study aimed to understand how stress, eating habits, and sleep patterns are connected in university students and if they might signal early risks for heart problems later in life. Researchers asked 138 physical therapy students to fill out questionnaires about their stress levels, sleep quality, and attitudes toward food. The study did not test any treatments; it only observed and measured these factors to gather information.
