Support circles for student midwives: a new way to fight burnout?

Summary

This study looks at whether a structured support group, called the Student Midwife Support Circle, can help midwifery students feel less burned out, more resilient, and more connected to their profession. About 80 students will take part. The goal is to see if talking and sharing in a group setting can improve their well-being during training.
