Summary
This study is testing whether a group-based program called Groups 4 Health (G4H) can help reduce loneliness and improve mental well-being for students at the University of Helsinki. Researchers will also measure how stress hormones and other biological factors might change during the program. About 148 student participants will be randomly assigned to either start the program right away or after a waiting period.
