Summary
This early-stage trial tested the safety of an experimental eye drop called STSP-0902 in 82 healthy adults aged 18 to 45. The study checked for side effects and how the drug moves through the body after single and multiple doses. It is a first step toward developing a treatment for neurotrophic keratitis, a rare condition that damages the cornea.
