Summary
This study tests a new drug called STSA-1301 for people with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a condition where the immune system destroys platelets, causing bleeding. The trial includes healthy volunteers and ITP patients to check safety, how the drug works in the body, and whether it can raise platelet counts. It is an early-stage study (Phase 1b/2) with 56 participants, using a placebo for comparison.
