Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests an experimental drug called STSA-1002 in 406 adults with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by a viral infection. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo added to standard care. The main goal is to see if the drug lowers the chance of death within 28 days.
