Summary
This study looks at whether a program for expectant parents can help them parent together and keep a healthy lifestyle, including safer alcohol use. About 368 couples will take part in classes and one-on-one sessions before and after their baby is born. Researchers will check how the couples get along, their mental health, and drinking habits when the baby is 6 and 12 months old.
