Summary
This study looks at whether a program for expectant couples can help them parent together and keep alcohol use at safer levels. About 368 couples will take part, starting during pregnancy and continuing after the baby is born. Researchers will check how the couple works as a team, their mental health, and drinking habits at 6 and 12 months after birth.
