Summary

This study looks at whether a program that helps expectant parents learn to parent together and keep a healthy lifestyle, including safer alcohol use, can improve family health. About 368 couples will take part in classes and individual sessions during pregnancy and after birth. Researchers will check how the couples work as a team, their mental health, and drinking habits at 6 and 12 months after the baby is born.
