Could a single cell injection beat standard care for knee arthritis?

Summary

This study tests whether a single injection of StromaForte, made from donor bone marrow cells, reduces knee pain better than a standard hyaluronic acid injection. About 140 adults with knee osteoarthritis will receive one treatment and be followed for 12 months. The main goal is to see if StromaForte provides superior pain relief at 6 months.
