New cell injection aims to ease knee arthritis pain

Summary
This study tests a single injection of StromaForte, made from donor bone marrow cells, against a standard hyaluronic acid injection for knee osteoarthritis. About 140 adults with knee arthritis will receive one treatment and be followed for a year. The main goal is to see if StromaForte provides better pain relief during activity after 6 months.
