First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding the muscle relaxant tolperisone after botox injections can further reduce muscle tightness, nerve pain, and improve walking in people who had a stroke. About 40 adults with stroke-related spasticity will be followed. The goal is to see if the combination offers extra relief beyond botox alone.
