Summary
This study tested whether combining task-oriented gait training with core stabilization exercises helps stroke survivors improve their mobility, balance, and walking. Fifty-four adults who had a stroke 6 months to 2 years earlier took part in an 8-week program. The goal was to see if this approach could make daily activities easier and safer.
