Brain and body workout aims to help stroke survivors walk safely in the real world
NCT ID NCT07494357
Summary
This study is testing a new exercise program designed to help people who are recovering from a recent stroke. The program combines physical walking exercises with mental tasks, like talking or remembering things, to better prepare patients for walking in everyday, complex environments. Researchers want to see if this approach is safe, practical, and shows early signs of helping the brain recover and improve walking skills. The results will help plan a larger future study.
