Can stroke survivors safely return to the wheel? study investigates
NCT ID NCT07213180
Summary
This study aimed to understand how many people return to driving after a stroke and what factors help or hinder that process. Researchers looked at medical records of 140 stroke survivors who had a formal driving assessment in 2019 and later called them to ask about their driving habits. The goal was to gather information to help patients, families, and doctors make better decisions about driving after a stroke.
