New Neck-Strengthening program aims to boost stroke recovery

Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific neck stabilization exercises to a standard stroke rehabilitation program leads to better recovery of arm function and quality of life. It involves 96 people who recently had a stroke. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the new combined therapy or the standard therapy for four weeks to compare the results.
