Summary
This trial is testing if adding a medication called cilostazol to the standard two-drug treatment (aspirin and clopidogrel) is better at preventing a second stroke in the first six months. It focuses on people who had a stroke caused by a significantly narrowed artery. The main goal is to see if the three-drug combination reduces early stroke recurrence or worsening of stroke symptoms.
