Summary
This study tests whether combining two therapies helps stroke patients with hemispatial neglect—a condition where they ignore one side of their world. Researchers will use gentle magnetic brain stimulation along with mirror therapy, where a mirror tricks the brain into seeing the neglected side. They aim to see if this combo improves daily function and awareness more than standard care alone.
