Summary

This small study will test whether a special electrical stimulation therapy can improve walking speed and mobility in people who had a stroke 6 to 12 months ago. Only 5 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will measure changes in walking, balance, and quality of life. The goal is to see if this approach is acceptable and effective for rehabilitation.
