Blood clues: tracking inflammation after brain injury
NCT ID NCT07354321
Summary
This study aims to understand how certain blood markers related to inflammation and clotting change over time in people who have had a major stroke or a brain bleed. Researchers will compare patients who experience complications with those who don't, by taking blood samples at five different times. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help identify future treatment targets, but this study itself does not test any treatments.
