Summary

This small pilot study tested whether wearing stroboscopic glasses (which flicker on and off) during training could improve agility and reaction time in 10 teenage male basketball players. The players did special drills for six weeks. The study aimed to see if this type of visual training helps athletes react faster on the court. It was a very early, small study with no direct health treatment.
