Can flickering glasses boost young Athletes' brain power?
NCT ID NCT07392385
Summary
This study tested whether wearing special glasses that create a flickering visual effect during volleyball drills could improve brain and body responses in young female players. Forty-two athletes aged 10-16 with different skill levels were randomly assigned to either use the glasses during extra training or continue normal training. Researchers measured brain activity, heart rate, eye movements, and stress levels before and after an 8-week program to see if the glasses made a difference.
