Can flashing glasses give teen athletes a mental edge?
NCT ID NCT07162545
Summary
This study is testing whether wearing special glasses that make vision strobe or flash during part of volleyball training can improve cognitive functions like attention and visual perception in teenage male players. Researchers want to see if this type of training helps athletes better use limited visual information, which could be important for sports performance. The results will help understand how different training methods affect the brain and could inform future sports training programs.
