Flashing glasses aim to sharpen teen Athletes' reactions
NCT ID NCT07409155
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a six-week training program using special glasses that flash on and off could improve agility and reaction times in teenage male basketball players. Ten players were split into two groups: one trained with the glasses, and the other trained normally. The goal was to see if this visual training method could help players make faster decisions and movements on the court.
