Summary
This study aims to see if training with special glasses that create a stroboscopic (flashing) visual effect can improve key skills in young basketball players. Researchers will measure if these exercises help with thinking speed, balance, agility, and jumping in 36 teen male players. The goal is to gather knowledge about a new training tool, not to treat an injury or disease.
