Can flickering glasses make better athletes?
NCT ID NCT07323108
Summary
This study tested whether wearing special stroboscopic glasses during training could improve athletic performance in volleyball players. Forty professional male volleyball players were split into two groups: one trained with the glasses for six weeks, and the other trained without them. Researchers measured changes in reaction time, agility, balance, and coordination to see if the glasses made a difference.
