Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for people with long-term Achilles tendon pain that hasn't improved with other treatments. About 166 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either a single-row or double-row repair. The goal is to see which method leads to better pain relief and function, and which is more cost-effective.
