Summary

This study is testing whether regularly checking a heart injury marker (troponin) in the blood of cancer patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors can help reduce heart-related side effects. About 980 adults starting this type of immunotherapy will be monitored. The goal is to see if early detection of heart stress can lead to safer treatment.
