Summary
This study tested two different physical therapy approaches to help young women with painful menstrual cramps. Forty-four participants received either post-isometric relaxation or simple stretching exercises three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers compared which method worked better for reducing pain and improving daily activity levels without using medication.
