Summary
This study compared three different warm-up methods to see which works best for improving short-term athletic performance. Researchers tested 48 young male soccer players doing either static stretching, dynamic stretching, or balance exercises. They measured muscle strength, balance, and jumping power before and after each warm-up to see which method gave the best immediate results.
