Summary
This study aims to understand how two different hip positions affect a specific nerve-stretching technique used in physical therapy. Researchers will use a special ultrasound to measure stiffness in the sciatic nerve and hamstring muscles of 12 healthy, active participants. The goal is to gather basic knowledge to help improve stretching methods for athletes and patients in the future.
