Stretching showdown: which method loosens tight hamstrings best?

Summary
This study compares two common stretching techniques to see which is better at improving hamstring flexibility in healthy university students. Fifty-four students will be randomly assigned to try either Post-Isometric Relaxation or Active Static Stretching for four weeks. Researchers will measure flexibility before and after to see which method works better for reducing muscle tightness.
