Science tests which stretch gives cyclists more power
NCT ID NCT07164729
Summary
This study aimed to find out which type of stretching works better for professional cyclists right after doing it. Researchers compared two methods—PNF stretching and dynamic stretching—on the thigh muscles of 30 cyclists. They measured things like jump height, leg strength, and flexibility after a single session to see which method gave better immediate results.
