Stretch for success: which Warm-Up wins for racquet players?
NCT ID NCT06796439
Summary
This study compared two common warm-up stretching methods—static (holding stretches) and dynamic (moving stretches)—to see which one better improves performance and may help prevent injuries in racquet sports players. Over six weeks, 52 amateur male players aged 20-40 were split into two groups, each following one of the stretching routines. Researchers measured their performance at several points to determine which method was more effective.
