Can stretching your calves make you jump higher?
NCT ID NCT06944652
Summary
This study aims to find out if a specific calf stretching program can help young athletes jump higher. Researchers are comparing an 8-week calf stretching routine to a shoulder stretching routine in 40 teen athletes. They will measure jump height and landing forces before and after the training to see which type of stretching is more effective.
