Summary
This study tested whether gentle leg stretches, guided by nurses during dialysis sessions, could ease muscle cramps in kidney patients. Sixty adults on regular dialysis took part, with half doing the stretches and half receiving usual care. The goal was to see if stretching reduces cramp intensity, frequency, and pain over eight weeks.
