Skin needles and creams: a new hope for fading stretch marks?

Summary
This study aims to see if a skin treatment called microneedling works better for new, red stretch marks when combined with one of two creams (tretinoin or timolol). Researchers will enroll 300 adults to test which combination is most effective at improving the skin's appearance. The study is in its early phase to primarily check for safety and initial signs of effectiveness.
