Summary
This study surveyed 164 healthcare workers at a heart hospital to see if how they view risk management predicts their stress levels. Participants filled out two anonymous questionnaires about stress and patient safety culture. The goal was to find weak spots in the workplace that could be improved to lower stress and make care safer.
