Summary
This study looks at whether being mentally resilient can reduce the harmful effects of stress on gum health in people who grind their teeth. Researchers will ask 75 adults aged 30-50 with gum disease and teeth grinding to fill out questionnaires about stress and resilience. No treatment is given; the goal is simply to understand the connection.
