Can 10 weeks of training arm future nurses against burnout?
NCT ID NCT07181603
Summary
This study is testing whether a special 10-week training program can help nursing students build resilience and feel less stressed. Researchers will compare 90 students who get the training during the semester with others who receive it later. The goal is to see if learning specific coping skills makes a meaningful difference in how students handle the pressures of their demanding studies.
