Summary
This study aims to see if a technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep for nursing students. Nursing school is known to be very stressful, which can hurt students' well-being and performance. The research will involve 105 students and test if learning EFT provides measurable relief over an 8-week period.
