Can tapping away stress help future nurses sleep better?
NCT ID NCT07331376
Summary
This study aims to see if a mind-body technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or 'tapping,' can help reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep for nursing students. It will involve 105 students who will learn and practice EFT over 8 weeks. The goal is to gather evidence on whether this simple, complementary method can support the mental well-being of students in a demanding training program.
